Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or of unsatisfactory quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To request a replacement or refund, please provide:

- A clear photo of the issue
We will carefully review your request and offer a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or a partial/full refund.
Please note:
- Claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible
- We do not accept returns of delivered floral arrangements
- Slight variations in flowers, colors, and packaging may occur due to seasonal availability
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
We offer same-day delivery within Los Angeles for orders placed before our daily cutoff time.
